Leo Medrano and his crew did an excellent job in replacing our roof. It is a complicated roof with dormers, valleys and different levels. Leo and his crew are hard working, fast, and efficient. All of the material had to be manually lifted on to the roof and they did it efficiently with out complaint.

Very efficient, and cleaned up after each work day. Renee was able to take advantage of dry weather, and he and his team worked long hours to finish before the rain returned. We were happy with the finished product, and feel that it will afford protection for many years. This is a great company and they communicated quickly and never failed to return a call. Great job by Renee and his crew.

We purchased our home in December of 2019 and the roof was the original installation. It was tired and although we weren't having any problems with it, we decided to go ahead and replace it. I got four quotes from four different companies and all were within $1,000 of each other. However, the estimator for Valentine Roofing was OUTSTANDING. He listened, he gave me all the information I could ever need to make my decision, and did I mention that he LISTENED to what I wanted?? All Valentine roofs are installed with a ridge vent instead of separate plastic vents, which was a feature we really wanted. The other roofing companies were not very keen on installing a ridge vent and actively tried to talk me out of it. The original target date of install was 08/17, which got pushed back to 08/31 because one of their jobs had problems. However, they ended up coming out on 08/28 (Friday) and 08/29 (Saturday) and would have finished but they ran short of materials. On 08/30 (Sunday) we had some light rain and the site manager came out around 7 pm to check the unfinished section of roof and cover it! He returned on 08/31 (Monday) and finished the job. At the end of every day they completely cleaned the area around our entire house, including using a magnet to pick up any stray nails. As we have a dog, that was MUCH appreciated. They left the house looking spotless at the end of each day. We had our house painted about a month prior to this and I was very concerned about the new paint job getting damaged - not an issue. We have bright white trim and there was not a SMUDGE left anywhere on our fresh paint, including all the freshly painted gutters. Outstanding work from this crew, great follow-up and care from the office staff, amazing initial contact with the estimator, and a final product that is absolutely stunning. They replaced all the various vents on the roof with matching colors and they look SO much better than the old shiny galvanized ones. This is a great company that cares about their customers and cares about the jobs they do. Wonderful people, wonderful work. I am so pleased with my new roof, I can't even believe how great it looks. Also - this was an effortless job on my part. They took care of everything so smoothly, it was a real pleasure to have a new roof installed. Will absolutely use them for yearly maintenance and if I ever have another house, they will be the ones to roof it. Thank you so much for such a great experience and such a beautiful outcome!
