View allWe had an odd roof leak that was very difficult to diagnose. Chuck came out twice. He was hesitant to do any work without understanding where the problem was. In the end, he put together a hypothesis of what was happening during the heavy rains. He gave us a few tips on what might work to mitigate the problem ourselves. Lo and behold, he was dead on and the leak stopped. Sometimes less is more. I have another roofing vent project coming up and I know exactly who I'm calling!!!!
I had a new roof installed on my doublewide mfg home and carport last week. Elmer and his crew, who were friendly and very hard workers, completed the entire job in 3 days, which also included replacing all of the 35 year old plywood. At the end of each day they did a complete cleanup of my yard and on the final day, they took extra time to search for nails and look for any signs of their presence. Janice and LeeAnn, the office support team, were patient, professional, kind and a joy to work with.They kept me posted on everything going on and answered all my questions.
When I found a leak in my roof I realized it was time to get a new roof for my house. Valentine was able to get out quickly despite inclement weather, provided a competitive bid with great financing options, and stopped the leak until the roof could be replaced. During the whole process from bid to completion they were very communicative which allowed me to know exactly what was going on through each stage of the project. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a roof replacement.
Tristan was very professional and knowledgeable about roofing. I appreciated the pictures and detailed descriptions of both the flawed areas of the roof and areas that didnt need maintenance. He went over the types of materials that would be used and the plan of action during the estimation/quote process. I had a good experience.
