6 years ago Valentine installed a new roof and gutters on my home. Last week during the snow and wind the top of a tree dropped on my house and took off the gutter. I called Valentine to assess the damage. Chuck showed up on time listened to what had happened and went up to determine the damage. He removed the broken branches and removed the gutter in case it can be reattached. He showed me pictures and said what he thought the options might be. He texted later to let me know the next steps. I appreciated his communication and willingness to try and save the gutter if possible. He was wonderful to work with and didnt try to sell anything. Thank you Chuck!

Valentines identified the real cause of the leak very quickly and once I saw the photo's of the work they did, it was obvious how much the other company had missed. I feel very happy and secure about the work they did and the whole process was seamless. Very much recommend them.

I utilized Valentine to install a new roof and add insulation to my attic. The experience was very pleasant. Responsiveness from Sales, Project Manager and Crew Manager was timely. The company followed through on all activities. Leanne did a great job contacting me daily a few days before project start and through the end of project to keep me informed of schedules and work activity. Jose and crew were efficient with their work. They worked during cool damp days as permitted, and cleaned up after each work day. Jose pointed out a few additional minor projects while working to insure I would have a complete first-rate installation. Pricing was in the middle of the three quotes I obtained.
