Greg has gone above and beyond to put together a bid for a reroofing job. Prior to the scheduled appointment he contacted me with some useful pointers. He showed up on time and was very courteous, showcasing various samples and describing the key differences between the various options.
I called Valentine Roofing in to fix a leak that was supposedly fixed by another big company, but was still leaking a year later. Valentines identified the real cause of the leak very quickly and once I saw the photo's of the work they did, it was obvious how much the other company had missed. I feel very happy and secure about the work they did and the whole process was seamless. Very much recommend them.
I utilized Valentine to install a new roof and add insulation to my attic. The experience was very pleasant. Responsiveness from Sales, Project Manager and Crew Manager was timely. The company followed through on all activities. Leanne did a great job contacting me daily a few days before project start and through the end of project to keep me informed of schedules and work activity. Jose and crew were efficient with their work. They worked during cool damp days as permitted, and cleaned up after each work day. Jose pointed out a few additional minor projects while working to insure I would have a complete first-rate installation. Pricing was in the middle of the three quotes I obtained.
