They came in organized, kept me informed the entire process, the communication was exceptional, the quality of work was very professional. The jobsite was extremely messy but cleaned up each day at the end of the evening sometimes even working in the dark but at the end of the day it was cleaned up extremely well. They made repairs on needed things that were found when the 30-year roof was tore off and I felt the charges were fair and executed efficiently and effortlessly. LeeAnne with Valentine kept me informed daily of expectations and was honest and upfront about everything. On the front end - Eric the sales rep explained all of this to me upfront which made me nervous until I realized he was 100% spot on. I had Valentine bid for a roofing project and they were professional, thorough and offered quality service and products. I will definitely consult with them for future projects.
