Just had out gutters installed around the entire house. Augustine, our foreman did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful with the process. Highly recommend.

We replaced our roof, 8 skylights and extended the rakes as well. Dominique, our experience manager, was really good at communicating the timeline and project needs. Rene and his team were hard working, often working 10-12 hour days with the longer days of sunlight. Our project was big, but they left the yard and driveway clean when it was all finished. We're very happy with how it turned out!

From start to finish, every single employee I encountered at Valentine Roofing has delivered outstanding customer service. Elias and his crew were exceptional in every way - they were punctual, hardworking, thorough, friendly, courteous, conscientious, and very respectful of our property and to us as well. They documented their process with photos sent via link - seeing the meticulous work involved from their perspective and all that it entails inspires in me a greater appreciation for these highly essential workers. I am impressed and amazed at the job they did. The cleanup was incredible! I've heard complaints about the mess left behind with roof work in general. I must say that each day Elias and crew worked onsite, we saw no evidence that they were ever here after they left! The property was so clean - no nails, no debris... all equipment taken down and set up again the next day! They really took the time for a job done well and right. They take great pride in their work which should not go unrecognized. First and foremost, a huge thank you to Elias and crew for doing a stellar job! You are exemplary and very much appreciated. We are thrilled with the service and product we got from Valentine Roofing. From the first meeting with Kevin our estimator to the weekly check ins with Jacob to our wonderful experience manager LeeAnn! She kept us up to date on every move that was to take place along with answering every question we had.

We had our gutters replaced through Valentine. Rochelle, out project manager for this job was outstanding with keeping us updated as to when the work would begin, how long it should take and followed up to see if we had any issues.

This is just a review on the estimate process so far: David was out estimator and very clearly explained the work to be done, costs, options, and trade offs. He was very courteous and professional and I feel gave me a good honest assessment of the situation. There is a very good chance. We will work with them for replacing a roof and if we do, I will update this review.
