The estimator (Eric) was very professional, thorough and did an excellent job explaining his estimate. From the material we received, and from listening to Eric, we concluded that Valentine Roofing is a first-class firm and we would have quickly decided to use them had we not then received an exceptionally good (much lower) bid from a local roofer. I'm quite sure that Eric's bid was at market price and quite fair, but this other roofer had connections to us and gave us quite a deal. Thanks, Eric. We appreciated your time and efforts.
