John Tracy is an amazing estimator. His communication is above and beyond. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather and he was very easy to work with. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable of all my roofing needs. Did not try to upsell, actually did the opposite. I was considering doing our gutters with our roof and he told me it wasnt needed. Its hard to find that type of honesty now days. I was going to get a couple of other estimates as well, but once John have us our estimate, my wife and I chatted briefly, and put down a deposit. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be a very happy customer once the job is complete. I feel great already and all we did was talk about our roof replacement. I highly recommend John and Valentines for any of your roofing needs.
