Valentine Roofing didn't actually do my repair (some of what's need relating to an existing solar system is outside their scope of work), but the free inspection and advice they gave me was very helpful in knowing I made the correct choice in the repairs another company has bid.
Very professional job with regular updates on the project. My roof had unseen rotten areas that needed attention and replacement of roof members. Jose was quick to repair the framework and make sure all areas of roof were in sound condition including special casing around the skylights. Courtney kept me informed of all details involved in the project. I was very pleased with the courtesy of the workers and their willingness to put in longer hours to get the job done. I recommend Valentine Roofing knowing they will do an excellent job for you.
The crew at Valentine did an excellent job on my roof. The cleanup was spotless! I was amazed how I wouldn't have known that there was a crew of 6 here tearing off and replacing my roof the day before. I'm so pleased with my roof and the professionalism of the Valentine team! Valentine Roof was recommended by our handyman. The service was communicative, fast, and convenient. They came out to provide an estimate 2 days after my initial call, gave me a very reasonable estimate, provided supporting picture evidence and scheduled the follow-on work within 2 weeks of deposit payment. When the roofer was unable to come out on the day agreed upon, they communicated with us in advance to ensure it was okay. Then the roofer came out and finished within 4 hours, multiple roof repairs and seals. It was amazing. They also took photos and sent them to me to ensure I was happy with the work. Thank you Valentine Roofing, you are my go-to roofers in the future.
