They came out to provide an estimate 2 days after my initial call, gave me a very reasonable estimate, provided supporting picture evidence and scheduled the follow-on work within 2 weeks of deposit payment. When the roofer was unable to come out on the day agreed upon, they communicated with us in advance to ensure it was okay. Then the roofer came out and finished within 4 hours, multiple roof repairs and seals. It was amazing. They also took photos and sent them to me to ensure I was happy with the work. Thank you Valentine Roofing, you are my go-to roofers in the future.

Each day they left our house and yard looking better that when they started. They explained what they were doing and why as well as giving us the choice whether to continue, put the roof on as was originally agreed to, or stopping the project. Great communication, text messages, updates, before/after photos, follow-up texts. Signed up for the twice a year maintenance cleanings. Well worth the price. Will refer to others for cleanings!
