From the estimate to the finished product VALENTINE ROOFING was on top of everything. They gave us the best in every stop of the project. Each day they left our house and yard looking better that when they started. They explained what they were doing and why as well as giving us the choice whether to continue, put the roof on as was originally agreed to, or stopping the project. We chose to continue as the project continued and we are not a bit sorry. Valentine Roofing is the BEST.

Great communication, text messages, updates, before/after photos, follow-up texts. Signed up for the twice a year maintenance cleanings. Well worth the price. Will refer to others for cleanings!

From the initial call to set a time for an estimate appointment to the spotless clean up, Valentine Roofing was nothing but professional. Gregg our estimator gave us a precise estimate, took videos of the attic for their engineering team to make sure our attic would be properly ventilated. He even came back a second time to make sure we chose the right color of shingle for our house. Nile our production manager kept an open line of communication via text and phone keeping me informed of when materials would be delivered, the start date, which was actually sooner than expected, and what time the roofing crew would arrive at the house each day. The roofing crew was courteous and hard working. I would recommend Valentine Roofing to anyone planning to replace their roof in the future.
