Gregg our estimator gave us a precise estimate, took videos of the attic for their engineering team to make sure our attic would be properly ventilated. He even came back a second time to make sure we chose the right color of shingle for our house. Nile our production manager kept an open line of communication via text and phone keeping me informed of when materials would be delivered, the start date, which was actually sooner than expected, and what time the roofing crew would arrive at the house each day. The roofing crew was courteous and hard working. I would recommend Valentine Roofing to anyone planning to replace their roof in the future.

I can't say enough praise for Valentine Roofing. Everyone I spoke to and worked with was professional, kind and did what they said they would do. I never wondered what was going on as their handoff procedure went flawlessly. Each step of the way I was reached out to, introduced to whom my point of contact was and explained what was going on and what to expect. I appreciated that Chuck recommended a remedy to repair my roof issue that would make it functional until it needs to be replaced down the road. Thiago took his time on my repair and I appreciate that and his quality work. Rachel goes above and beyond. The entire experience was wonderful and I am very thankful.
