I never wondered what was going on as their handoff procedure went flawlessly. Each step of the way I was reached out to, introduced to whom my point of contact was and explained what was going on and what to expect. I appreciated that Chuck recommended a remedy to repair my roof issue that would make it functional until it needs to be replaced down the road. Thiago took his time on my repair and I appreciate that and his quality work. Rachel goes above and beyond. The entire experience was wonderful and I am very thankful. Looking forward to working with them for my roofing needs in the future.

We unexpectedly had to have our roof replaced and as you can imagine, we weren't happy about it! However, after getting several bids, we decided to go with Valentine Roofing. (To be honest, we probably chose them because Dori Monson always spoke so highly of them.) We are delighted with the results! The crew, led by Rene, was professional, diligent, and very polite. They literally worked until sundown to complete our project.
First time replacing shingles on our roof they said honestly we could have held out for another year or two. But the price quote was great and we decided to just go ahead and replace it now. From Erics quote (we had to replace a few boards which was understood going in), to Jacobs exceptional updates on the project, Valentine Roofing was great to work with. No complaints.now hopefully the roof lasts a long time!
