Mark came over and gave me an estimate to replace the roof, gutters, and add attic insulation. He was very thorough and informative! I'm very glad I called them because the other roofing companies I have used in the past were not nearly as trust-building. I got the sense they are VERY honest and great to work with. My roofing project is not going to start for another 12-18 months but I trust that I will be using them. I couldn't be happier with my experience during the estimate. You should definitely have Mark come by and give you an estimate if you're thinking about hiring for a project they work on.

We really appreciate the time spent discussing the roofing estimate along with the an extra project we needed (attaching existing large deck cover to roof). We really valued that Greg took the time to follow up with the company for confirmation, options, and cost estimates, before just saying it could be done. He was upfront and honest with us, recognizing the possible difficulties involved. He showed respect to his team by checking with them before committing to us that they could complete the task, whether or not that meant we chose their company. He understood that we were in the process of gathering estimates and added no pressure. He was friendly and provided excellent information for the materials the company uses and left a very professional packet with their detailed estimate.

I have used Valentine for roof cleanings for several years. We recently had them replace our roof and gutters. The roof cleaners and the teams sent for the replacements have been have been wonderful. They were friendly, worked hard, and did a great job! I would absolutely recommend the workers and the experience team that accompanies each crew.

UPDATE: Clay is amazing! We had a long battle with our attic not properly venting after the new roof and ridge vent were installed. We were so lucky to have Clay working on the problem and he and his crew eventually were able to fix the air flow issue. Despite some initial project management issues from the original installation, I would highly recommend Valentine roofing based on their commitment to quality and follow through.

Had a great experience with Valentine. We went with a TPO roof for my low slope. Eric came out quick for a quote and got all the info I needed to get the project going. LeeAnn called or texted me every day with updates. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. Sergio and worked worked hard to get the roof done. They did everything they said they would, they cleaned up great afterward. Very satisfied!
