I spoke to the reps at Valentine Roofing more than any other contractor during this remodel. Lee-Ann Stevens kept me totally informed every step of the way, and Jose F was a great onsite supervisor. His crew showed up when they said they would and kept me in the loop on their progress and issues as they arose. Highly recommend Valentine Roofing!

We have been using Valentine Roofing for several years at our homes in Seattle and Edmonds. We are very satisfied with the service and products that have been provided. They are organized and efficient. All individuals that have worked on our homes have been skilled and well equipped. They have arrived at the houses prepared for the tasks at hand. The people we have had the pleasure of having at our homes have been polite and thoughtful.

We were introduced to Valentine Roofing by, Eric, a Valentine estimator. He was well-informed and thorough. We accepted his bid that same day. From there, we were contacted by Rochelle, Valentine's Experience Manager. She was friendly and worked closely with us throughout the job. Rochelle also kept in contact with our job Foreman, Elias and his crew, Isidro and Justino. Elias and his crew worked well as a team, each one hardworking and courteous. If the crew ran into a problem, we were informed right away, shown photos and given our options and pricing.

Chuck was great, he explained things well and answered all our questions. Although we didnt end up going with Valentines (additional scope issues), I really appreciated his no pressure approach. The idea that someone would make the decision to spend tens of thousands of dollars on a roof while the sales person is sitting in your house is ludicrous (its a decision that should be slept on).

We did our due diligence and got several estimates for our new roof, insulation, sky/tube light and gutters. Heres the difference and why we chose Valentine Roofing. From the Sales Person, to all the crews involved the communication and having constant follow up was above and beyond. Each division had a crew foreman that introduced himself , answered all of our questions and were so courteous and respectful. We had our gutters installed weeks after we had our roof done, what a pleasant and quality experience that was! Thank you Irak and Maria!!

Crew was professional and efficient. All agreed upon work was completed and cleanup was excellent. Communication with Courtney was excellent and regular. I highly recommend your company.
