I appreciated how communicative Valentine was through the entire process of replacing our roof and adding insulation. We had a project manager (Courtney) who was awesome and the foreman (Jorge) was fantastic and accommodating. Getting a roof replaced in early November is not for the faint of heart but Cortney and Jorge were both friendly, helpful, and professional. This helped reduce my worry over the rain storms that occurred during our project.

The same great service I received from my roof install last year was also done for a small project like a gas vent. Most companies wouldn't deliver the same service on a smaller service work like this.

The contractor who came out to give me an estimate was prompt and competent, and provided a bid well under those I'd previously received. The work was delayed by weather but they checked in multiple times to keep me apprised of the schedule. Thiago (who did the work) was on time, took a series of photos throughout the repair process, and went through them with me when the work was done. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed with all aspects of this company, from initial phone call to get an estimate, to new roof. Company kept us informed by phone of each step moving forward. The installation crew was a hard working group that did a great job. Clean up each day. Would highly recommend. And this bid was $27,000 less then a previous bid we had received from a competitor.
