Dominique, the project manager, was quite helpful with the details during the work in progress each day. EXCELLENT service! From beginning to end, they were outstanding. I had some other contractors come out before Valentine, but the Valentine rep that gave me the estimate was the only one that actually sat down and explained the whole process to me and gave me options. When the crew came out a few months later they were very friendly and efficient. They were done in two days! A week later the crew came out on on their own time to help me with a gutter that was leaking I had told them about before they had started replacing my roof. They also replaced an outdoor light cover that I didn't know was even broken. Keep in mind I had already paid in full at this point when they came back for these things on their own time! I can't speak highly enough of this awesome company!
