I called Valentine Roofing for a free estimate and the estimator was Kohl. Kohl was on time, friendly, patient, efficient and very professional. I met different kinds of estimators and Kohl was the one whose job was beyond my expectations. I knew very little about Valentine Roofing before, but now I know much more. I believe Valentine Roofing provides customers with the best products and best service. I recommend it.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had roofing cleaning and the work was done professionally and satisfactory. I had three different quotes and valentine was the highest out of three, and pleased I went with Valentine due to their service and professionalism. Will get additional service from them. It literally felt like I was making a friend when Chuck came out to inspect my roof. He gave me great advice and never tried to sell me on anything. He was patient and answered all of my concerns while teaching me a few things about roofing. I didn't need to use Valentine Roofing but you have earned a future customer and will highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
Great follow-up service. Initially had questions on the completed work because of language/accent problem with the roof cleaners. Valentine sent out another tech to look at the roof and check on the installation of roof anchors [they had not be installed]. He installed the anchors and then scheduled a return visit to correct inadequacies in the previous cleaning. Extremely professional, recleaned/brushed the roof and applied a much better application of moss retardant.
