Great follow-up service. Initially had questions on the completed work because of language/accent problem with the roof cleaners. Valentine sent out another tech to look at the roof and check on the installation of roof anchors [they had not be installed]. He installed the anchors and then scheduled a return visit to correct inadequacies in the previous cleaning. Extremely professional, recleaned/brushed the roof and applied a much better application of moss retardant.

They cleaned up nicely and gave me multiple photos so I could see their work from the comfort of the ground :) they also were happy to add on a roof cleaning and a spot that needed repair for a great price.
