We needed to replace our leaky garage roof and the initial quote we got from another company was astronomical. I asked some friends who had recently had their roofs done and both said they went through Valentine. I gave them a call and they came out the next day and got us a quote for half of what the other place was going to charge. They were so professional and there was no pushy salesmanship. The whole process they were so communicative and then today when they came to do the roof, they were so professional and efficient. I was blown away by how quickly it was done, the quality of work, and how good it looked afterwards! And again, they kept reaching out to us every step of the way to keep us updated and make sure we were happy. Will definitely be returning to them when it comes time to have our house roof done.

Ever since we had our roof replaced by Valentine Roofing, we have been very pleased. Recently, I needed some repair work done on our roof vents. Shortly after sending a general email to the to request an inspection, I heard back from Courtney who is a fantastic representative for their company. She scheduled one of their roofing experts, a very polite, helpful and knowledgeable man, named Tristan to come out and see what needed to be done. He carefully inspected the situation and said that they would be back as soon as parts arrived. In less than a week the repairs were completed by Tristan and thank goodness as it was certainly appreciated during the brief hot spell we just had. I dont do a lot of reviews but Valentine Roofing and these two great representatives for them certainly deserve 5 stars!

We looked at several options to replace our 20 year old roof, and we chose Valentine Roofing because of the estimator, John Tracy. He came to the house and was very personable and kind, and even was super kind to our dog! It was totally clear that John had high character and wasnt going to sell us something we didnt need. He did the due diligence looking at our roof and gutters, gave us several options, and was patient with us as he explained some of our choices. We ended up spending less than we had thought which was great! We were also very impressed with the level of communication and service Valentine provided as they got closer to our scheduled date. Because we have a shared driveway, we worked closely with the scheduling group to make sure we wouldnt inconvenience our neighbors for any longer than necessary. They also worked around our work schedules and were very clear about what to expect if we stayed in the house due to noise. The work crew was very kind and quite efficient. In the end, we were very happy with our decision and we would recommend Valentine. I especially recommend John Tracy, who made a very expensive and complex decision feel comfortable and easy to understand. My recommendation would be to add them to your list of companies to compare! We will go to Valentine again if we have other needs.

Our sales Rep, Eric Moore, was professional and responsive. He got our roofing project off to a great start and informed us of exactly what to expect throughout the project. The project manager kept us up to date every day the crew was on our project and through completion. The crew was prompt, worked hard in less than ideal weather, and finished ahead of schedule! The roof looks great and we feel much better going into winter. We're very happy with our Valentine experience.

Started out rocky (with no fault to them), but once the work started I couldnt believe how fast they were! Every stage of the process we were well informed and every person we dealt with along the way was amazing. We had 5 bids and Valentine Roofing was not only better priced, they also did the most thorough job when they came out to inspect our old roof. Felt confident with our choice and would definitely chose them again for other projects!
