Valentine Roofing has been great to work with! The representatives are quick with their responses to any questions that you may have. Their technicians did a great job cleaning our roof and gutters. They were friendly, quick, thorough, and cleaned everything up afterwards. And to top it off, it was all reasonably priced!
A couple years ago we had Valentine come and inspect, clean etc. our roof. We didn't have a good experience and the work was not up to their normal standard. When we called one of the main office's to let them know about it, we were not treated with respect. AND we had to pay the whole, expensive amount. When we were asked about who we could recommend for cleaning a roof, we couldn't recommend Valentine Roofing. BUT, we decided to contact the head office of Valentine to share our past experience. They contacted us immediately and said they were going to make it right! You should see our roof! The expert spent two hours to clean our roof, gutters, inspect etc....all the items on the normal "to do list". It was amazing service! Thank you Valentine Roofing for listening and doing the right thing! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! They stand by their word and work!
Valentine Roofing demonstrated throughout our secondary residence project that they are professionals, experienced with installing roofs and a keen attention to details. From the sales person that showed up on time, explained in details possible approaches and materials selection, to the project manager that kept me informed every day on the progress and next step, and finally the installation crew that was attentive to details, and executed flawlessly, my expectation were exceeded. So much so, that I am in the process of hiring them again for our primary residence in Seattle. Needless to say that I highly recommend them.
