We interviewed 5 roofing contractors for our job. Though not the cheapest, Valentine gave the most detailed quote, and, when asked, gave us a couple of discounts.
I had Chris come out and give me a bid on one of my rental homes roofs for replacement. He was very professional and more thorough than the other two bids I had gotten. The bottom line is if the house that he was bidding on wasnt going to be knocked down in a few years I would have had Valentine Roofing do the job. There proposal was a little bit higher in cost but they were also going to do more work.
