We ended up with 4 bids and Valentine coming out on top. Our project was to take two days but the crew arrived at 0800 and had controlled chaos all day long and left 13 hours later. That was one long day for them but when its was done a great job all around.
From the first inspection to the last nail picked up, the Valentine team was great to work with. Our new roof is top notch. The sales rep who initially came out to inspect was courteous, friendly, and professional. (Shout out to Mark!) The super-friendly experience manager (shout out to Aubrey!) was fantastic and called every day leading up to the project, throughout the process, and after completion. They finished our complicated roof in 3 days instead of the potentially 4 estimated. The project lead was courteous and meticulous (shout out to Mario!). They cleaned up after each day, were honest about plywood or facia sections that needed replacing, and were upfront about cost, both initial and adjustments as needed. We were impressed with the difference a fresh new roof made.
My job foreman was Jose Palma. Jose and his crew were amazing. They did a safe and professional job. Were able to answer all questions that i had regarding the process at getting my roof replaced. From the estimator, to the finance person, the project manager it was amazing. There was never a doubt from beginning to end that I made the right decision in choosing Valentine Roofing and would highly recommend them should you need a roof replacment.
Valentine two years ago replaced my entire roof and insulation. They did an excellent job. They recently inspected the roof, cleaned it and the gutters, washed the gutters, outside windows and soft washed the siding. Alex did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him.

In addition to quality workmanship the Valentine team including project manager Eddie and crew lead Ruben communicated very thoroughly during the project. Their service has extended beyond the time they were working on the roof and they have taken care of several small issues (clogged downspout) quickly and professionally.
