We didn't expect this from roofing companies given our prior experience gathering estimates from various other local competitors. One competitor, who shall remain nameless, was even bold enough to change their pricing on us a single day after giving us a quote.

Every part of the process was easy with Valentine. They took care of our house and property and our new roof and gutters looks great. They communicated every step of the way and were on-time, responsive, and sent pictures of the project before, during, and after. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or contract with them again.

Our roof sprung a leak. I called Valentine and they had an estimator out within a day. He was very honest with us and thoroughly inspected our roof. They fixed our roof within a week after initially calling them, just before the rain came to town. Very professional service and the installer did an excellent job blending the repair with the existing shingles.

Our experience with Valentine was wonderful. The office consistently communicated with us, the work crew (led by Elmer) was meticulous and thorough, and they completely cleaned the site when they were finished. The roof looks great. Highly recommended!
