We had our roof & gutters replaced by Valentine. The experience was very positive, (there was a lengthy delay between the roofing installation & gutter installation - which wasn't as clear to us as being the plan, when we set everything up - but that was the only thing that came close to qualifying as a genuine issue). Due to the cost of everything being significantly higher these days, it wasn't an inexpensive affair either...but I struggle to blame the company for that directly. ;) Communications were very consistent for both the roofing work and the gutter work and the different foreman on each job was very courteous. All the work was completed & the site cleaned up thoroughly at completion. The work was done in Aug/Sep of 2022 so I can't speak to the longevity of the work yet but the work at time of completion appears to be top quality.

Great experience. John, the estimator performed the estimate onsite and went over it after he finished the estimate (which was competitive with the other estimates I received), Janice, the experience manager kept me apprised of the start date on a regular basis and then checked in daily once the work began. Finally, Victor and his four person crew were great. The work was high quality, Victor and his crew's work was superior compared to the work done by the previous roofer on my house. Clean up was such that I couldn't tell they were even onsite. I did not have any "punch list" work for them as everything was taken care of when they completed the work. Everyone was great to work with and very professional. I highly recommend Valentine Roofing, in fact I am going to have them install new gutters on my house.

Crew that was sent out did an amazing job on the roof. Communication was clear throughout the process. Had a couple of issues that the project manager understood and was able to address quickly.

Valentine did our whole roof several years ago, and we have them service it twice a year. Weve had no problems and it looks and functions great. During a recent bathroom remodel we had them out to see about making some modifications for ventilation. Chuck came out and inspected and discovered we didnt need to modify anything, we already had what we needed in place and didnt know it. He saved us at least $1000, even though I basically wasted his time. Thats the sort of service that keeps my business. Valentine gets my recommendation. Chuck gets my thanks and respect.

We are Pleased with our Bew roof and the New Vents installed, the Warranty is what Sold us on going with Valentine, but they are Fast, did a Great job & they did a great job on Cleanup, we Highly recommend Valentine Roofing, you also can't beat the Warranty!
