Like the advertisement says, "get three bids and make sure Valentine is one of them" is great advice. The bid we receive from Valentine Roofing was from John Anderson. John Anderson's bid suggested installing a 'cricket'. Not one of the other roofing companies suggested the cricket. John Anderson stated by installing a 'cricket' will prevent roof leakage around the chimney. That wasn't his only suggestion. His experience in the roofing and carpentry industry shows by identifying the shortfalls in our current roof and how to mitigate issues in the future. We really appreciated the education John Anderson gave us. No hard sell, John spent a lot of time educating us. Valentine Roofing was our last bid.

I have a house built before 1900 so nothing is level or plumb or standard size but they did a great job replacing 9 windows and the front door with side windows. Because of the strange construction they had to do quite a bit of custom work but they were prepared for it and knocked it out quickly. Everything turned out perfectly and the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The foreman has obviously done this for many years and is definitely an expert. I also used them (a different crew) for roof cleaning and was very happy with that as well. I will use them again in the future.

Everyone is super professional and courteous. The original intallation was fast and they kept me informed on everything. And now my annual cleanings are a breeze.

Great communication, text updates, before/after photos, text updates after work was complete, and on time work. I signed up for the twice a year cleaning. Well worth the price. Very professional!

I was really excited to find out they offered window cleaning. They did such a great job with my roof that it was a no-brainer to hire them again. Their communication is still top notch, they show up on time, and provide superior service. I am thrilled with how clean and sparkling my windows are. I will definitely keep having them out next year.
