Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously and ensuring contract fulfillment and overall job results. The Project Manager will be responsible for daily communications with customers and job crews, building positive customer relationships, and managing project budgets and costs. Occasional after-hours communication and oversight may be required. We are an established and successful roofing company seeking a highly driven individual with upstanding moral character. Our production team sees very little turnover. This is a career position that we are hiring for because of continued market share growth in our industry. - Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses

- Work days are typically Mon-Fri with occasional after-hours communications required

Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a management role, managing people and operations
- Ability to completely own a project from start to finish is valued over specific experience
- Ability to maintain all company standards Alignment with company culture is a must
