Project/Experience Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously and ensuring contract fulfillment and overall job results. The Project Manager will be responsible for daily communications with customers and job crews, building positive customer relationships, and managing project budgets and costs. Occasional after-hours communication and oversight may be required.
- Compensation: $90,000 - $95,000 annually

About the Position
- Work days are typically Mon-Fri with occasional after-hours communications required
- Responsible for accurately
- Daily communications with customers and job crews
- Build positive customer relationships
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Oversee project budget and manage project costs
- Schedule and manage deliveries of materials and container
- Manage multiple crews
Skills
- Professional communication between yourself, the customer, and the job crew
- Effective communication with vendors and suppliers
- Ability to manage high volume workload and adapt to changing priorities
- Can demonstrate problem resolution at a high level
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Exhibits accountability and dependability
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a bonus
Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a management role, managing people and operations
- Ability to completely own a project from start to finish is valued over specific experience
- Ability to maintain all company standards Alignment with company culture is a must
- Adherence to company safety standards
- NO roofing or industry experience required
