In Home Sales Estimator
We are seeking a highly driven individual with upstanding moral character to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of sales experience and the ability to work independently while providing an exceptional customer experience. Because our appointments are scheduled by the office based on customer availability and business needs, candidates should be comfortable with a flexible work schedule. This role typically includes appointments Monday through Friday, with evening and weekend appointments scheduled as needed during busy seasons or to accommodate our customers. You will begin each workday from your home and drive your company-provided sales vehicle directly to your scheduled appointments.
- Compensation: $130,000.00 - $230,000.00 per year
About the Position
- Appointments are scheduled around homeowner availability, offering a flexible work schedule. Most appointments occur Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with occasional evening and weekend appointments as needed.
- Responsible for accurately estimating home exterior projects
- Daily communications with customers and office

Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Ability to completely own a pipeline and move leads down the sales funnel to close jobs
- Ability to maintain all company standards, alignment with company culture is a must
- Adherence to company safety standards
- Valid Driver License and a safe driving record
