Warranty Tech
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roofing installation and inspection, as well as the ability to work independently in the field. The Field Operations Specialist will work Monday through Friday, and will have the flexibility to leave directly from home each day. The daily schedule will be created by the manager who works in the office.
- Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 annually, accrued on a per-job basis
- Experience: Preferred but not required
- Type: Full Time
About the Position
- Work days are typically Mon-Fri

- Training incoming field employees
- Providing ongoing training for best practices or changes in operations
- Quality control, roof installation inspections
- Safety inspections at ongoing job sites
- Warranty diagnostics and repairs for previously installed jobs
Skills
- Ability to use proper ladder etiquette
- Capable of installing and inspecting the installation of PVC, TPO, Standing seam metal, and Composition roofing
- Professional communication between yourself, the customer, and management
- Ability to work independently in the field and complete a daily schedule
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Experience or ability to work from heights
- Capable of climbing ladders
- Adherence to company safety standards
