We looked at several options to replace our 20 year old roof, and we chose Valentine Roofing because of the estimator, John Tracy. He came to the house and was very personable and kind, and even was super kind to our dog! It was totally clear that John had high character and wasnt going to sell us something we didnt need. He did the due diligence looking at our roof and gutters, gave us several options, and was patient with us as he explained some of our choices. We ended up spending less than we had thought which was great! We were also very impressed with the level of communication and service Valentine provided as they got closer to our scheduled date. Because we have a shared driveway, we worked closely with the scheduling group to make sure we wouldnt inconvenience our neighbors for any longer than necessary. They also worked around our work schedules and were very clear about what to expect if we stayed in the house due to noise. The work crew was very kind and quite efficient. In the end, we were very happy with our decision and we would recommend Valentine. I especially recommend John Tracy, who made a very expensive and complex decision feel comfortable and easy to understand. My recommendation would be to add them to your list of companies to compare! We will go to Valentine again if we have other needs.

They were on time, had lots of team members present to help speed up the process, and to keep each other safe and accountable. We got a great explanation and overview and was able to inspect the work. Since the installation, theyve been out to monitor our roof, protect from moss, and made sure everything was still in place.

From the first inspection to the last nail picked up, the Valentine team was great to work with. Our new roof is top notch. The sales rep who initially came out to inspect was courteous, friendly, and professional. (Shout out to Mark!) The super-friendly experience manager (shout out to Aubrey!) was fantastic and called every day leading up to the project, throughout the process, and after completion. They finished our complicated roof in 3 days instead of the potentially 4 estimated. The project lead was courteous and meticulous (shout out to Mario!). They cleaned up after each day, were honest about plywood or facia sections that needed replacing, and were upfront about cost, both initial and adjustments as needed. We were impressed with the difference a fresh new roof made.
