I had a great experience with Valentine. There are a lot of people involved with the project that each played a different role, so sometimes it can get confusing as to who you need to talk to, but they made it super easy to navigate. Eric first provided the walkthrough and quote. He did a really thorough job and worked with me to refine the details of the scope of work. When the contract was signed and scheduled, Courtney took over the project management role, and she was excellent in her communications of when the crew is going to be there, and what the expectations were for the work that day. We had to do this project during a stretch of rainy weather, and Courtney was updating me each step of the way regarding the schedule of the work and any changes in the scope (more plywood needed, changing out a skylight, etc.). Finally, Jorge and his crew did the actual roofing. They were great in working safely, following the scope of work, and maintaining cleanliness of the site. The areas around the house were cleaner after the crew was done with the roofing work! You can't ask for more from a knowledgeable crew.

Elmer and his crew, who were friendly and very hard workers, completed the entire job in 3 days, which also included replacing all of the 35 year old plywood. At the end of each day they did a complete cleanup of my yard and on the final day, they took extra time to search for nails and look for any signs of their presence. Janice and LeeAnn, the office support team, were patient, professional, kind and a joy to work with.They kept me posted on everything going on and answered all my questions.

Valentine Roofing didn't actually do my repair (some of what's need relating to an existing solar system is outside their scope of work), but the free inspection and advice they gave me was very helpful in knowing I made the correct choice in the repairs another company has bid.
