Gregg our estimator gave us a precise estimate, took videos of the attic for their engineering team to make sure our attic would be properly ventilated. He even came back a second time to make sure we chose the right color of shingle for our house. Nile our production manager kept an open line of communication via text and phone keeping me informed of when materials would be delivered, the start date, which was actually sooner than expected, and what time the roofing crew would arrive at the house each day. The roofing crew was courteous and hard working. I would recommend Valentine Roofing to anyone planning to replace their roof in the future.

Elias and his crew were exceptional in every way - they were punctual, hardworking, thorough, friendly, courteous, conscientious, and very respectful of our property and to us as well. They documented their process with photos sent via link - seeing the meticulous work involved from their perspective and all that it entails inspires in me a greater appreciation for these highly essential workers. I am impressed and amazed at the job they did. The cleanup was incredible! I've heard complaints about the mess left behind with roof work in general. I must say that each day Elias and crew worked onsite, we saw no evidence that they were ever here after they left! The property was so clean - no nails, no debris... all equipment taken down and set up again the next day! They really took the time for a job done well and right. They take great pride in their work which should not go unrecognized. First and foremost, a huge thank you to Elias and crew for doing a stellar job! You are exemplary and very much appreciated. Thanks to Valentine Roofing (Elias & Crew, Greg, Chelsi, and Rochelle) for such a positive experience overall and for helping to restore my faith in humanity - good work ethic and customer service is a rarity these days.
