They were 1 of 2 that actually went up on the roof to inspect rather than just view from below, and the only one to inspect the attic for potential issues. Not only that, their pricing came in below the others. Communication from the office was superb. Workmanship was quick and stellar. They remained in close contact as I was also having exterior painting done, and scheduling for both roof and gutters needed to be coordinated around painting. Needless to say, I'm very happy with VALENTINE and can recommend 1000%.

I highly recommend Valentine Roofing. We recently had our roof replaced and the team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and communicate throughout the process. Our foreman Jose and experience manager Courtney were both wonderful to work with and were kind, professional, and helpful. A different color of shingle that what we had selected in the agreement was accidentally used and we did not discover the error until late into the project. Valentine Roofing acknowledged the mistake and made everything right, installing the correct color of shingle without complaint for the extra time and material. The crew worked quickly and it only added a day to the project. This kind of response to this situation is so rare and very admirable. Valentine Roofing's commitment to customer service and completing quality work really shone through and with the way they handled this tough situation, I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing services.
