We had our roof and gutters replaced back in 2016 with Valentine and I was very impressed with how great their service was. They were on time, had lots of team members present to help speed up the process, and to keep each other safe and accountable. We got a great explanation and overview and was able to inspect the work. Since the installation, they’ve been out to monitor our roof, protect from moss, and made sure everything was still in place. This winter, I had them install our Holiday lights and because they had the measurements of our roof from their initial project, they were able to quote me over the phone. I liked being able to text with them and schedule service over the phone. The light guys did a phenomenal job. Everyone there is so professional and really put the customer focus in mind.

I have a house built before 1900 so nothing is level or plumb or standard size but they did a great job replacing 9 windows and the front door with side windows. Because of the strange construction, they had to do quite a bit of custom work but they were prepared for it and knocked it out quickly. Everything turned out perfectly and the house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. The foreman has obviously done this for many years and is definitely an expert. I also used them (a different crew) for roof cleaning and was very happy with that as well. I will use them again in the future.

Austin and his work partner did a great job installing gutters on my house. They paid attention to all the little quirks of the job I pointed out to them and solved these in a very efficient, workmanlike fashion. Also, they came when they said they were going to come. Communication from the office was good. Very satisfied.

Valentine installed my new metal roof during VERY tumultuous November weather. Their project manager, site foreman, and crew were all top-notch, extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. Eddie, the project manager, contacted me every morning with a status update, and I was particularly impressed with Valentine's site foreman, Jose, who ensured the smooth and timely progress of the job in spite of many days of heavy rain. The old roof was in very bad shape, which necessitated the replacement of the roof deck; Jose was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and explaining construction methods and rationale: in places where shingles and fascia had to be removed, everything was redone perfectly. Valentine's crew was extremely hard-working & efficient; daily site cleanup was done thoroughly, and old roofing materials & other construction debris were removed promptly upon the job's completion. I am absolutely THRILLED with my new roof --it is gorgeous--and I highly recommend Valentine Roofing!

Valentine Roof was recommended by our handyman. The service was communicative, fast, and convenient. They came out to provide an estimate 2 days after my initial call, gave me a very reasonable estimate, provided supporting picture evidence, and scheduled the follow-on work within 2 weeks of the deposit payment. When the roofer was unable to come out on the day agreed upon, they communicated with us in advance to ensure it was okay. Then the roofer came out and finished within 4 hours, multiple roof repairs and seals. It was amazing. They also took photos and sent them to me to ensure I was happy with the work. Valentine originally installed our roof and we have used their roof cleaning service since. We hadn’t had the roof cleaned during the pandemic so it was in need of it, as were the outside of our gutters which have Gutter Helmet over them. The tech, Cameron, arrived and spent 2.5 hours cleaning the roof and applying the moss treatment. He cleaned the outside of the gutters which are now back to their sparkling white. He left the ground space totally clean. I recommend using Valentine for all of your home-related needs. Our house will turn 100 next year. When we replaced the cedar gutters about 5 years ago, the person they sent us helped us in finding a gutter that was appropriate to the style of our house. Highly recommend Valentine!
